  I like the fact that the electronics is actually compartmentized from the water chambers. The only leaking that is going on is my inlet and outlet hoses that don't have very good fittings. The programming is a little strange at first but once you recognize how they are trying to get you to do it, it works well. Has a lot of derivations and flexibility with programming. We are ordering 2 more of these to help us when we forget to turn off the water $$$$.

  I bought this for my basement that was getting flooded by my old sump pump that could not keep up with the rain water overflow. This pump is very quiet. It is able to keep up with our rain storms. The float had be be removed and another one installed for about $40. Since I used an e-certificate it was a deal for me. The float on this model needs too much pressure before it will pump the water out. Overall I am very happy with this model.

  The service was great. But the pump would not start. It was not getting any gas. I had to take the front cowl off to get at the fuel line where it comes out of the gas tank. There I found a major kink in the line. I had to cut an inch and a half off the end and put it back on the ports. Then the engine started right up and ran like a champ.
