We were actually looking for something to put in the corner of our hallway...we all would end up throwing our shoes there and it looked horrible. Our hallway has an odd angle to it, and we were finding it difficult to find a storage bin to use for our shoes without it sticking out and being an eye sore. I saw this online and ordered it. It works perfect! We store our everyday shoes in it when we come in from outside and have used the top bin for hats, gloves etc.Of course this wasn't probably created for "shoes" however it is exactly what we needed. It was also very easy to assemble and looks great!
I was disappointed when I got the basket set. The baskets are weaved with a plastic weaving material so it isn't even from wood or reeds. It is flimsy and a lot smaller that it appears in the photo. It just looks cheap and is cheaply made. It is not worth the $ listed.

I bought this to "upscale" my daughter's toy box in my family room and to match new furniture. She loves it and can access more of her toys than she could before. it goes great with the family room decor, too. it looks better in person than it does on the website.
