Love the glider, very well made, fairly easy to assemble, had a problem with holes not lining up on one side, contacted Overstock via chat, they solved my problem and shipped parts. Received parts last week, glider is assembled and I am very happy with it. It is just as described and we love it. Considering ordering the chair that matches it also in near future. Thank

handsome glider bench
We are very happy with this glider bench, it glides so smoothly and is perfect for children because it is so sturdy and safe, with no sharp corners. It is a very comfortable glider to sit on, it curves where your back and legs rest. It's all metal so it takes the weather well. We love it!

Happy with glider
My order arrived promptly. The glider was put together with dispatch by a friend and we immediately tried it out. There is a smooth rocking motion. It is a pleasure to use & very relaxing . The family has enjoyed it immensely and it looks very pretty as well as stylish on the front porch.

great glider, but assembly a bit bothersome
Once assembled, we loved this glider. But assembly was a bit difficult as the holes did not align for the glider mechanism easily. But after three attempts and doing things not in the order listed in the instructions, we were finally able to get it together. But otherwise, it is a great product. Definitely requires two persons for assembly. We painted ours to match the other furnishings in our backyard and it looks GREAT!

As represented but needed modification
The iron glider is a solid wrought iron item - there is no bending things to make them fit - it either goes together or it doesn't - mind did. All the parts were there including some extra bolts, etc. The fit was excellent. The surprises: It was larger than most comparable gliders, and the back is rather straight - I like to lean back more than this would let me. Fortunately the design is such that one can drill two new holds in the side pieces that hold the arms and increase the tilt of the backrest. It would be nice if the manufacturer provided for this option.

After the first rain the bench spotted and I will need to paint it because the paint was of poor quality.

Comfy, great for tall people
This glider replaced a wooden one we had for 20 years. The new glider is significantly more comfortable and study than our old one. Especially great for taller people.

Great Iron Glider Bench Seat!
Just what I wanted. Product went together easily with all tools/parts being provided with the exception of a screwdriver used for two screws to attach back to seat. A phillips or regular will do. For the majority of the parts, an extra was included which was great. Directions were very easy to follow. I'm 56 with back issues and although it took me a while to put it together, I did do it by myself. The only part that was difficult alone was the attaching of the back to the seat. This took me several tries. Once this was done, II used a folding chair to hold up the back while I attached the arms. I'm 5'3" and my feet are off the ground by a couple of inches without the padding. I expected this as this is true of most furniture. I was still able to swing with my feet off the ground. I also purchased this for the weight of the product as we get some strong winds and I know this will not blow off my patio. All in all, I would strongly recommend this glider.

Please Correct the Specs
The bench is very nice. I had been watching it for about a year before I decided to buy it. I bought it to fit into a space on my front porch that is 43" wide between two concrete columns. According to the specs the bench is 39" long, which would have been perfect for the space, and with a few inches of elbow room when gliding. The bench arrived and I assembled it rather quickly. The picture instructions were easy and very intuitive. Once I put it together, I went to place the bench into the space that I purchased it for, and it did not fit. It did not fit because the bench is 44" long. I am very disappointed! That is why I am giving it a poor review. I did not get what paid for.
