I put this over my bed and it looks very nice. Took up a large wall space. The color is like a new copper penny. I bent the leaves in different directions very carefully which makes it look nicer. I too thought the picture looked white with green leaves which is why it caught my eye. I still decided to get it after reading the reviews. I hung it myself which wasn't difficult, but I will say the tool that was sent to join the two pieces was too small too screw them together. Still very pretty.
I bought this to put over our fireplace and absolutely love it. Like other reviews though it looks silver in the picture but is much more of a bronze/copper color, so if you're looking for something silver or pewter this is NOT it! It was super easy to install, I actually did it by myself and if I can do it, anyone can do it! Great piece of artwork for the money!
It has been almost 2 years since I purchased this item from Overstock. It has been hung over our staircase inside the front door. I still love it. Its demensional characteristics make it interesting and unique. I also like the fact that I have never seen it in anyone elses house. I am quite pleased with this purchase.
Beautiful, but this is not the color that it shown. It is a bronze color. Thankfully this worked with my decor and I love it!! If you are looking for a brushed silver, this is not the piece you want.
This is not bad, however it looks nothing like the picture and it's more of an old brass finish. I have not installed it yet, but I might spray paint it silver too like the picture. Overall it's a really big nice piece to have on your wall, but if you are looking for an iron piece that is more iron/silver in color, this is not it. It's more of a copper color, completely opposite of what I was expecting.
