This is a nice piece that looks great on the wall. I love that it is not flat but has demension and depth to it. It was easy to put together. I gave it 3 stars on appearance b/c in the picture on Overstock it looks silver and black and that is what I was originally looking for. The real color is copper. We decided to keep it anyways and I am glad we did. We get a lot of compliments on it.

I love my metal forest. I have it hanging on a nice big open wall over my desk. I put 3 tiny brass monkeys hanging in it and it looks awesome. Everybody who has seen it loves it too. Definatley requires 2 people to hang it, 1 to hold it while the other places the screws. I think if 1 person tired to do it it would break where the 2 pieces are bolted together. EZ to assemble, packing is done soooo well it's over kill.

We love our iron forest! It can go in any room. You can hang it on the wall or it will actually stand up on its own. We can't even decide which wall to put it on because it fits so well everywhere! Colors are nice and neutral... dark bronze/copper. Ours is currently sitting on top of our fire place mantel and it creates a nice shadow behind it. Definitely worth the money.

I put this over my bed and it looks very nice. Took up a large wall space. The color is like a new copper penny. I bent the leaves in different directions very carefully which makes it look nicer. I too thought the picture looked white with green leaves which is why it caught my eye. I still decided to get it after reading the reviews. I hung it myself which wasn't difficult, but I will say the tool that was sent to join the two pieces was too small too screw them together. Still very pretty.

I was a little leary about ordering this product because of previously stated reviews indicating difficulty in hanging. What worked for me was laying the product on top of a heavy piece of paper. I was able to mark where the screws went into the wall and move the paper around until it was exactly where I wanted the piece to be on the wall. I had no difficulty and used the materials to hang the piece that were sent. It may make a difference that I have plaster walls. I felt that this was an easy project for a single female such as myself. I agree with all the other reviewers that this is a great piece. The workmanship is detailed and flawless.

Read other reviews to learn this piece is NOT silver. It is gold/copper colored (which is what I wanted) and is very pretty. Packaging was so well done that it was difficult to open if trying to preserve packing for possible return. The two halves hook together easily but on a scale of 1 - 10 w/ 10 being the most difficult I would say this is a solid 7 or 8 to hang. It is challenging to get it level and measure/mark for installing the bolts so they will match up w/ the mounting holes on the piece. My husband is pretty good w/ this type thing and it took him over 30 minutes. Piece is large enough that it is quite striking. Although the design is not overtly Asian, I have it over an Asian inspired antique bar and it works. For the price this is a good value.

Wonderful piece with great dimension and depth. Very appealing to the eye when hanging. Do not ry to hang this piece alone however, very heavy and a little difficult to get up. But, when it is up it's really nice. Great price as well. Would definately purchase again.

The Iron Forest Wall Art" arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. It really made my guest bedroom come alive. I had a large blank wall next to the daybed and now it looks terrific!. Hanging the wall art can be a challenge for one person, but I was able to handle the project without too much difficulties only because I have had many years of experience doing handyman work and know some trick of the trade. (the installation direction was poor) I purchased a longer screws to make it easier to install the wall hanging and I also painted the screw heads to more closely match the hanging.

Love the look with the exception of the color. (It wouldn't hurt to change the product image.) Easy to put together, well made, makes an impressive presence on the very large wall in our great room. Even my best friend, with very particular taste, wishes she had been the one to find it first.

We are really pleased with the iron forest wall art. We got it thinking we would have several options if it didn't measure up to what we needed it for. It looks great over the sofa. It will also look great as a headboard in the spare room when I get tired of it in the living room. Very versitile piece and not overbearing. Just the right touch. Great buy.

I wanted something different - other than just a picture or something - for our bedroom wall and this is just right. I found the same thing on a few other websites but not only was it priced higher but they wanted extra freight fees - up to an additional $15.00 in shipping/handling due to the size of the item. We are not only very pleased with the item itself, but with the price we got!! It comes in 2 pieces but it was very easy to put together. I would highly recommend it.

It is true that the color on the internet looks more silver and when the "iron forest" gets to your house its very much a dark copper color. All of the hardware in my house however is silver... so, I went and bought some spray paint and fixed it. It looks like it does on the internet pictures now! It looks incredible but I did have to be slightly creative to make it match.

I love the iron forest. It makes my entrance hall beautiful and inviting. It has a copper color and is geart and for the money I feel it was a great buy. I would recommend this product and am very happy with my pruchase.

This piece is generating a ton of positive comments from family & friends. It is truly unique & well priced compared to other pieces I have seen in retail. A little clumsy to put up, (you must bend some of the leaves forward to avoid scratching your wall) otherwise fairly easy.

Gave to my parents as a Christmas gift. They liked the art.

The only negative thing I could say about the piece is that the screws where it attached to the walls are silver and the piece is gold in color. However, just recently I saw this piece on the outside of a home directly above their garage door. I think I was surpirsed to see that it held up in the weather and I would never have thought to put it outside as a decoration on my house (but it did look nice!).

Looks great above my fireplace - only issue I had was it came in two pieces and you have to use a screw to join them together and the screw is in plain sight

This piece of art fits perfectly on our basement wall that is cut at an angle with the stairway. It is long so make sure you measure the specific area you want to hang it. Both my husband and I really love the piece and couldn't have found anything better. The colors in the art are definately more copper than the silver. But I read other reviews that had mentioned this and was prepared for that. Also the center of the art has an almost 3-D look because it comes out from the metal that hangs on the wall by about 3-4 inches. I found the quality really good. It's a unique art piece and if the colors are good for you I'd definately recommend this to you. Good luck.

I was having a hard time finding something to hang above my couch in my new home. I looked for months, and stumbled on this. I am so pleased with my purchase! It is the perfect focal point for my living room, and my friends and family that have come to visit all love it as well. Worth every penny!
