The bakers rack is a wonderful addition to our kitchen. It is a nice size, not too old fashioned, and its great for holding cookbooks and pottery pieces.

I generally like this type of shelf & have ordered them from Overstock before. The quality control on this particular shelf is lacking, though. I ordered two of them in verdi gris. When they arrived, both were black (mismarked boxes), missing hinges, and one had legs bent at 25 degree angles.....and not from shipping damage, they had been painted & shipped that way. Overstock customer service was great, and they had the damaged ones picked up & shipped me a new pair of baker's shelves. The new shipment did have all the hinges, but they were both bent and they arrived in black instead of the verdi gris I ordered. I just gave up & kept these, but will not recommend them to anyone. I think Overstock should have a word or two with the company that makes these damaged goods.

We were delighted with this item. It came quickly and just folded out so no set up was necessary. We are using it for a plant stand. It easily fits eight nice sized plants. Love it!

For use as a flower stand, this rack was perfect and exactly what I was looking for ... Once ordered, I received it in about 3 days ... It took less than 10 minutes to assemble.

This was exactly what I was looking for in size and shelf space. It is a nice weight and feels substantial and has a nice style to it. It also folds which, for me, is necessary as I use it for craft shows, fairs, etc... I am pleased at the quality for what I spent and would like to buy another one soon.

This was very easy to unfold and very stable once put together. Works inside or out and easy to clean. Various kitchen, garden, or decorative shelving uses. Good color seems to blend with anything.

This is a good, sturdy, attractive plant rack with plenty of space for my shorter plants and let's in plenty of light. My only complaint is not with the product, but that the description could have included the shelf height so I could have determined how many of my plants would not fit on the 3 lower shelves. My bonsai and flowering orchids will not fit on any shelf but the upper shelf.

I had been looking for quite some time for a baker's rack for my lanai--it had to be green, iron, fold out and not too expensive. Well, I got all that I wished for in this item. I ordered it on the 23rd and it came on the 26th! In a matter of minutes, I had it out of the box and sitting on my patio w/ my plants, candles, etc., on it. It was just the right size, too. It came in excellent condition and only amounted to folding out the sides and everything else just went right into place--no tools needed!!!

We needed a bakers rack for our lanai. A friend told us about Overstock and we found what we wanted at a reasonable price. It came to the door in the promised time and was easy to assemble. It looks good, seems sturdy and fit our needs. We'll be purchasing again from Overstock.com.

This is actually a smallish shelving unit rather than a baker's rack. I got the hammered pewter finish and like it a lot, especially to have out on my screened porch. The unit could not have been more simple to assemble -- no tools required, just fold open and fit pins into slots. My only problem was that one of the shelves was shipped swiveled in the wrong direction; force ended up being applied to the edge during shipping and it torqued the rack out of shape at the hinge point. I tried hammering a little to bend it back into place but had no luck -- it is a tough little son of a gun! For an incidentals rack on the porch, I don't mind; if it had been a focal point in my kitchen, I might, though. So be careful when you unpack to look for shipping damage.

I have been unsuccessfully hunting for a bakers rack for my back patio for almost a year. Finally I tried overstock.com and there it was, exactly what I was looking for, just waiting for me. I love it, the color, size and price were just right and the arrival time was excellent. I am now enjoying my patio bakers rack filled with all my favorite plants.

This item came in a very timely fashion ( faster than was anticipated).The bakers rake is pretty and holds everything I wanted it to hold. I have mine inside- I don't think it would hold up well as a plant holder outside. I would have liked to see some sort of pin or something to hold the shelves in (they just sort of snap in)- but it seems to be very sturdy and certainly looks nice.

My small ranch home was not equipped with a pantry, so I bought two of these racks to put in my narrow laundry room where they act as storage for all of the things that don't fit into my kitchen cupboards. The racks were easy to assemble and fit easily into my narrow space. As a bonus, they also look lovely. Needless to say I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Arrived promptly, was easy to assemble. I have worsening degenerative disc disease, have always planted a garden, however this year I have decided to just stick to potted plants, easier for me to maintain, rather than "digging in the dirt". This plant stand is very sturdy, and is a perfect start for my plant garden. It is just the right height , and the Verdi Gris, which I have chosen, is beautiful.

I use this rack in the kitchen to hold small appliances. The material is not bad, has some weight to it. It is quite sturdy, considering how it first looked. The assembly is very easy. It is actually a fold-out, where you just need open it up and snap it into position. There are some little problems with the contruction though; one hinge is broken, and one corner of the shelf does not fit in it's position and the other one is a little bit off. But all in all, it is a good piece.

I bought one of these racks last year. (pewter finish) I was happy to find them still available this year so that I could have a matching set. I use these indoors and out to support potted plants. The folding design makes moving, setting up, and storage very convenient. Seems to be well made and I expect to get many years of happy use,

I bought this to serve as a TV stand for a small, flat screen TV, as I wanted my TV to sit up high. I'ts perfect and I use the lower racks for decorative items. It was pretty much put together and in perfect condition. It's lightweight and easy to take down and/or move.
