We have used this product along with many of the other Sharper Image Ionic Breezes for the past several years and can truly say these things do work period! I have no affiliation with this product and am giving my opinion based on real life use. You will have to clean the unit to keep it running smmoothly. This is very easy and the machine has a light on top that will indicate when this is done. You will get many years of use from this and will notice the difference in the quality of air in just a few hours. There are some negative reviews from Air Purifiers America and Consumer Reports. I have lost all faith in these companies and find it suspicious they have gone out of their way to write such nonsense. These things work and they are crazy if they think differen't. Ask anyone who owns them, they work and work excellent. If you have pets, dust issues, allergies etc, this is worth the try. We have 4 running throughout our house at all times and have had almost no allergy attacks in the last several years. Prior to that we used to stock up on tissue, blowing our nose was a daily routine. Hope this helps, do remember to clean them and you should have no issues.

This refurbished Ionic Breeze cleans the air great. It is not as quiet as the original Ionic Breeze model, which I have 3 working still. The size is good, and the controls are easy to use.
