Functional but Not User-Friendly
First of all, it took about 10 minutes just to open all of the packaging for this product. Second, it comes in a million pieces. My contractor complained about there being so many parts but he put it together after several hours of trying to get the parts together and trying to read instructions that were written in a first language of Spanish. English was the secondary language on the assembly instructions. I ordered this bookcase because my client wanted something with display shelves and some closed storage so this item fit the bill. My contractor also complained that some of the pieces were mis-marked so he had to make some minor adjustments to the assembly. All in all, it serves the purpose well but if budget wasn't a consideration, I would have chosen something else more user-friendly.

Nice bookcase MINUS a few damages
Really liked the size and style of the bookcase but was extremely disappointed by how the letter stickers for assembling would not come off. Not even with alcohol or goof off. Also was really bummed about the scratches/wood damage on the edges or corners of the shelves.
