This toilet is not for an average do it yourselfer. While the assembly was easy enough the porcelain under the toilet was so uneven that when put in placed it rocked back and forth. My husband had to take tile nippers and nip off some of the underside ridges to make it set flat. I felt stuck with it because I ordered it long before the actual installation. Once installed we found the flushing handle wouldn't stay attached and had to rework that. I still may call the company and ask for a replacement bowl. But, if poured from the same mold it might have all the same problems. The good side is - it looks & flushes great.
