This is the best. It works great. The only problem we had was when we first got it was the ring that fits inside that holds the trash bag didn't fit well and the lid wouldn't fit correctly. But after my husband trimmed the ring it works great. Everyone that comes in thinks its really nice.

This is a very attractive item, its a unnecessary luxury item, but compared to what is available in the general market in the same price range it is a good purchase. It does take some getting use to for a 2 year old, it becomes their new magical toy for the first few days

I have owned this trash can for about a week & am more than pleased not only with the appearance, but the operation. It not only looks good, but love the hands-free operation as it opens & closes. I would highly recommend this product & got it at a great price through overstock. Would make a great wedding or anniversary gift.

i love my trash can in my kitchen. it is fun to have the sensor. it is attractive & hold a lot. i'm pleased with this product. only negative....my kids play with it too! Ha, but I like still like it.

Love the hands-free option on a trash can. It works well. Batteries die quickly however.

Loved the trash can and especially the hands free lid opening. However, the lid is the weak link of the product. After less than a year, we bought a new lid at $50. It lasted less than a year and we bought another one for another $50. Our third lid has now stopped working, and I think we are about ready to trash the trash can.

So convenient... makes it easy to carry a baby in one arm and throw out all the food they threw with the other. We love it so much. Only problems: if you have a large dog or curious child you may find the trash isn't terribly secure and you may find yourself standing over conventional trash cans waving your hand, unsure why it won't open. Great trash can.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter,and she just loved it . But when she opened the box it had some dents in it. I called and they told me I could return it for a new one. When I told my daughter she told me she did not want to part with it. When I contacted Overstock and asked if I could get credit for the damage, they were wonderful and gave me some credit on my order,which was great service. Thank You Overstock

Looks and works as it should. It was easy to set up and it works just like it was made to work. I have had no problems with it so far.

This ia a great way to keep the kitchen clean except my lab has it mastered to open it at will already. He just loves opening and closing it......just like automatic doors!

I think the trashcan I purchased was a very good investment..however I don't like the fact that everytime you walk past the trashcan, It opens..I thought I read in the discription, that was one thing it did not do...It tends to get kind of annoying to hear the trash can open and close all day long...Other than that, like I stated before, It was a good investment!!

this is by far the best trash can I have ever owned. It works so well and you have the privilege of turning it off when you want to. I have a small NYC kitchen and it is just right for all my trash needs. You can't go wrong on this purchase.

We have given our HandsFree trash can a pet name, Al, because "his mouth" reminds us of an alligator. Even the grandkids call him Al! It is sanitary, fun, easy to empty and attractive. I would recommend it highly.

Great Product. Looks good..like the on/off switch and the bag liner holder inside so our garbage bags dont slip inside. It does scare someone if they don't expect the can to open automatically! Would definately recommend.

No more fumbling to lift the lid, or trying to use the sticky foot press to open the garbage can anymore. The sensor opening allows you to avoid problems opening with trash in your hands. I love this product.

I really like this trash can. The only issue I had was easily fixed with masking tape. The door that held the batteries in was missing or of no use. I just strapped them in with masking tape and voila! I love it. It keeps my dog from getting into the trash and stringing it along the kitchen floor while I'm at work. My daughter likes it too as she thinks it's fun to throw her trash away now. I would recommend.

Looks great and works great. A little tricky finding a spot to put it so the lid wouldn't open all the time. This is not a can designed to be used under the sink or behind a closed door. We love our new trash can and so do the kids.
