Impressive Induction Roaster
This roaster is an excellent quality cooking vessel. Don't go for the stainless steel description if you've got induction ... Look for the word "induction-ready". Don't call and ask "will this work on induction cooktop?" ... You will be misled. Overstock was great about the return on the other pot ... Buy this one it's a winner! Pricey? Yes ... But worth the $$$$. Cleanup was easy.

Just what I was looking for
I have been looking for a oval roaster for several years. When I saw the Induction Ready15-inch Oval Double Roaster on your site I ordered it right away. Love that it is light weight but solid. It cooks great. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Beautiful!
This roaster is heavy and beautiful! Can't wait to use it on my new induction stovetop. Impressive quality looking at it, and I expect it to perform as such. If not, I'll update my review. Great price on this! Good quality cookware is so expensive, so the O price, no tax and no shipping make this a super deal.

5 star but have yet to use
okay - so i haven't used it yet but everything about it appears to be exactly what you would expect. my only caution is that you may find the pamphlet misleading - i think something got lost in translation: it's a european model and the item is referred to as a "fryer." not true although i'm sure you could fry in it. instead, rely on the pictoral legend etched into the lid and the pot which designate it works on the the stovetop, the oven and convection ovens.
