Interface converter disc enables non-induction cookware to be used on induction surfaces. The disc thus becomes a hot cooking surface on which a piece of non-ferrous, or non-induction ready cookware can be placed for cooking. Durable stainless-steel construction evenly distributes heat. The disc is 11 inches in diameter and the handle adds an additional 7 inches. The all-surgical stainless steel induction connector is finished with a brushed look and must be cleaned by hand. The surface is non-reactive and safe for all induction cooktops. Since the handle is welded onto the connector it does get hot.- Construction: Sandwich bottom

Induction Cooktop Converter 11-inch Interface Disc FYI..This item ruined my new Max Burton Induction cook top the second time I used it. I put a large pot of beans to parboil and it melted the back of the unit. I had to scrape off a lot of glob with a razor blade but the melted part is not fixable.

11 inch Interface works ok I recently replaced my stovetop with an induction cooktop. I have one large stew pot that I Love BUT it is not compatible with induction. I finally found this product and it works well and it is large enough to use with my stew pot. I was able to use my favorite stew pot, but I do believe it is more efficient to use induction cookware than the converter.

Induction cooktop converter This is a good product. I now buy stainless pot and pans with symbol for induction cooking on my small induction gadget I brought. Some of my stainless pots, etc are not induction made so this 11 inch cooktop converter is great for converting my pot to work on the induction cook top. It really works.
