pretty much what I expected but lighter in color. I actually needed something longer for the entry from garage to house but couldn't find anything longer.

I am enjoying using this as an entry way rug from my garage. It is easy to vacuum as well. The only con is that it would benefit from a rug pad underneath. It tends to slip and slide with a puppy running across it.
