This was the first -- and probably last -- time I buy a rug online. Overstock states that the color may not match exactly because of variations in computer monitors, so I knew I was taking a bit of a chance. The price for such a large rug was definitely right -- $$$$ when I bought it -- but the color is so much lighter/creamier than how it looked online, it doesn't really go with anything in my house. It's too big/bulky to mess with sending it back, so I'll find someplace for it and "make it work". The rug would be really cute in a kid's room or maybe a beach house, but doesn't go at all with the vintage gold/rust/olive green/cream striped sofa I have (I'm discovering not much does!) Oh well -- win some, lose some.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Color on site is much deeper -- almost rust-orange -- than the actual color of the rug, which looks more like "dreamsickle" or "sherbet" orange
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The rug seems sturdy and well-made
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Pretty accurate
