It is exactly as the previous review writer says. It is very course. It will take weeks for it to lay flat but I hope when it does that it will serve the purpose for which we bought it. It is suppose to be mildew proof, water does not affect it. We are using it as a runner from the lania pool to the house indoors. Can't enjoy it now ,we have heavy weights on it to try to get it to lay flat. Hope the other lady succeeded. I should have taken her review more seriously.
