  The fountain is quiet and relaxing. We put it outside, and have had no problems at all. However, it may be better suited for indoors because the splash is very contained and would be heard better. The pump is adequate, but not very powerful even on the highest setting- but this may not be an issue as you want to keep the water from splashing outside the reservoir, especially inside the house. from my 8 y.o. :)- Because it hits the rocks it's pretty quiet.. It's nice when you are eating dinner outside. WE might like it a little louder.

  I am very satisfied with this product. It makes the room have a soothing effect. The price was reasonable, easy to assemble and looks great on my wall. I highly recommend this product

  Came with no instructions whatsoever on how to get the water to rise above the surface. So all I heard was the water trickling & no water coming above the base. I got about 7 rocks by the way, returning asap.
