  I put it together by myself and it was very easy to assemble. Very good quality wood and everything worked perfectly. It shoots out a lot of heat which is sure nice in the winter. I LOVE it!!!

  I have put together (literally) dozens of pieces of flat-pack furniture, including two other fireplaces. This product is horrible. Pieces don't fit together (needed a skillsaw), warped wood; very oily bolts/washers. Do NOT buy this item. Pick a different fireplace, preferably by a different manufacturer.

  I wanted an electric fireplace and accidentally bought this. This actually burns with cans. I contacted the manufacturer, and for an additional $$#@ they shipped me an electric insert...it is amazing!! Remote control and beautiful! I drag everyone in my room to see it! I am 5'5" and it comes up a little past my waist...it is very impressive. Most people do not know it is fake.

  This fireplace screen is a perfect addition to my family room. The colors online were exactly what I expected when I made the purchase. My only concern is that the hinges used to hold the two side panels to the main panel may be a little flimsy and therefore when I move it to clean or put it away in the fall, I will do so carefully to preserve the hinges. Otherwise I love it.
