Not as I expected...
I love the picture of this item it looks so gorgeous, but when it arrived it was so much smaller that I expected... can't hold it's own in the dining room. It looks metallic in the picture, but up close it is black plastic netting with little rhinestones. Pretty from a distance, but I expected a lot more... it is much cheaper looking and feeling than it looks, I am hugely disappointed and I cannot use it for the space I planned. My boyfriend thought it looked like a cheap eighties disco light. Still madly in love with the imaginary light in the photo... sorely disappointed in the light that came to my house... I may have expected it if we paid forty bucks for it, but it's not worth a hundred. I hope that all of overstock's products aren't like this because I'm really bummed....

Light bulb disappointment
Granted the fixture looks better on the picture than in real life. But my biggest disappointment came from the wrong information displayed regarding its technical specs. The site has it as 5x60 watt light bulbs. However the fixture takes 5x25 watt chandelier type bulbs. It is really inconvenient for me since I needed more light in the den. So buyers beware - wrong information!

Mixed review
I ordered 2 of these fixures for a very large walk in closet. Thankfully, it was for a closet and not for a dining room because the quality of this item is poor and was very disappointing. The first one arrived and the supports holding the shade were broken and there were missing rhinestones. Also, the pic does not show the ceiling mount. The mount is small & does not match the sleek & clean line of the shade, it is curved and lipped....not very attractive. The plexi cover was protected by a sticker in shipping so plan on about 30 minutes of just pulling the stickers off each side! Still, the overall design of the fixture & bright lighting was perfect for my closet and I am anxiously looking forward to receiving the replacement.

Not pleased ...
Buyer beware! The pictures make this item look great. In theory, this light fixture is a great idea. It is modern, sleek, fashionable, and eye-catching ... or so I had hoped. In person, it is rather small and "frugal" looking. The measurements listed are completely wrong. Unless this is for a pre-teen daughter's princess pad, do not waste your time. Happy shopping!

This light is great!! Definitely a great buy.
This is a great light, it reminds me of part 1970's coffee shop light, part Vegas retro club decor, part disco ball. This light looks as good turned off as it does turned on. The quality and finish of all of the parts of this light were of way better quality that I thought they would be. It is very easy to assemble, and relatively light, so not too much strain when actually hanging it. It handles up to 3 - 60 watt bulbs, so also plenty of light is given off. I would definitely recommend this light fixture.

very flimsy materials looks better with lights off
I purchased this product in silver and upon assembling and installing the panel that contains the rhinestones was cheaply made and had imperfections and bottom of light was very flimsy.
