Not as expected...
I was hesitant in ordering this light fixture as there were no reviews on it. However, I thought the design was a nice mix of cotemporary and traditional so gave it a chance for the price. What you don't see in the picture is a white circular plastic piece that is under the light bulbs. This piece covers the bottom so you don't see the light bulbs but really makes it much more modern than I had envisioned. Having the glowing plastic with the traditional bronze and crystals in my opinion did not make for a good look. Too many different styles in one light. However, the quality was decent certainly for the price. The color is definitely bronze (it looks more black in the picture), so if you are hoping for almost black, don't get this fixture. I returned it and Overstock was fantastic and easy with the return. I hope this helps someone else!

Beautiful
When you enter my house you step right into my entryway and living room. The original entry light was an entry light and looked out of place. My living room doesn't have ceiling lights and I just can't seem to get enough lamp light. I bought this pendant light, knowing that it came with long wires and chain. I connected the wiring to the original power fixture and swagged it about 3 1/2 feet into the living room. It now hangs above my sofa table and provides light to the living room. Easy to assemble and install. I probably had the old fixtrue down and this one up in a half an hour. No man required! If you are wanting this for a room with average height ceilings it is going to hang down too low for most people to walk under so make sure you either have tall ceilings or you plan on placing it over a table etc.

Like the style
It hangs over our breakfast table. Love the look...coordinates well with our chandeliers in the kitchen. Not the highest quality...we had to bend the arms to keep them from pushing into the the shade. The directions were terrible but we were able to figure it out after a while. For the price, we would purchase again.

This light fixture is beautiful! It was easy to assemble and the crystals add just the right amount of sparkle. Can't wait to hang this in my master bath!

Nice for the price
This chandelier is a nice blend of modern and traditional style. The color of the metal is what I would call oil rubbed bronze--black with coppery streaks. The shade isn't the highest quality--the edge of mine has tiny holes that look like the selvage edge of the fabric, but they aren't that noticeable. For the price, I still think it looks good and I like it.

Pretty lamp with a bit of bling
This is a nice addition to my dining room, hanging over the table. My husband said the instructions were awful, he figured out by himelf. It came with a short chain, he had to buy more and rewire it to get the length we needed. It has a look that is just a bit different from what we've seen in stores and online with a much lower price than most.
