  I haven't used it much but for those items I have it was efficient. I like my Kuhn Ricon knife better as it fits my hand best. I'm not sure how long it will hold it's edge but time will tell

  clean precision cuts, well-balanced...handiest kitchen tool. i have another but my husband uses it as his favorite 'utility knife'---so i wanted one to keep just for myself for perfectly diced mediterranean salads and bruschetta (the size and exactness of the cut is the finest part of these treats!)

  I wanted a bread knife but didn't want to spend a ton of money. This knife had great reviews and a great price, so I went for it. Glad I did. The quality was better than expected for the price and it does what it needs to do.
