I haven't used all of the candles yet, but the one I 'tested' has performed well. The 'candlelight' is quite 'LEDish' but shines bright in the night. We'll see how the rest perform at the planned event!
These candles were not of acceptable quality. I ordered 2 sets, and only a few of them worked well. The rest either did not work at all, or were so dim they were useless. The ones that worked well were lovely. They all had varying shades of brightness.

My windowsills are very narrow, so I wanted to use the suctions cups directly on the windows. Out of 18 I purchased, about half kept falling off the windows. Also, two didn't work at all. The lights are a bluish color and not very bright, which I didn't like. I am not happy with them at all!

The bottoms of the candles have a plastic disc to hold the candle to the window ledge. It is crooked and the candles do not stand straight. Tried removing the disc, but that was impossible. Glad I did not pay a lot for them.

Overall I am pleased with the candles.I especially like the suction cups which allow them to be placed on the windows. My only disappointment is that they are not as bright as I had hoped.
