Excellent so far... Bought this to replace a 20 year old through the wall unit. I was concerned I did not know the brand, but it worked great, right out of the box. We put it through the sleeve in the wall, used the foam that was supplied to seal it, and then installed the included nice white trim pieces around it and it has been running for about 4 weeks straight now. House is ice cold during these hot summer days that Boston is having. Runs great & looks great.

Hello xenacat1, this item comes with everything pictured. Unfortunately the sleeve is not one of them. Dimensions for the air condition are provided in the listing. A sleeve is an outer casing that houses the body of the air conditioner, where it would usually hang out of the window instead the sleeve is positioned through a wall instead of a window. You see them present in apartment complexes usually. Thanks for shopping with us!
