Own and it works just fine! All burner flames work beautifully,and they are EASY to light, I have owned for 5 months now! The unit is insanely gorgeous with my new dark kitchen cabinetry. I actually hired a plumber to install mine, did it the right way took my plumber 5 minutes and he charged me $35, well worth the investment!

Very Surprise at how good the quality is... After winning the "Just Married" lotto;)-with my in laws- my new wife and I were able to renovate our home of two years. I did a lot of shopping across the net, because the internet is the best place to save money, duh;)! I came across this product on Walmart or Overstock one or the other initially on the internet, but I first saw it in one of the appliance magazines in my wife's boring doctor's office, I believe it was in one of the pages of Architectural Digest, and we decided to purchase it on Overstock, because they have pretty good pricing, never actually saw it in person, but they give you 30 days to return the product if you do not like it, so I figured what the heck. I was taught to think , if you pay less for something, that means it is not as good of quality as the other, but apparently, that is not the case with everything in life. I have window shopped many range tops for about two years, and most of them were out of my range of affordability, and the ones I could afford were not of my taste or quality. The HTRT366NG is an extremely high end range top, with more versatility than anything on the market I was able to find and nearly a half the cost, when I first turned it on my wife said I drooled a bit, which is weird - well that's not relevant to this review;). The Hypotheory HTRT366NG did not require any adjusting for operation, and cooks my food very evenly. The key is to learn the different burner functions. For example I learned that you can actually remove the middle pan support that rests above the front middle and rear middle burners, and entirely replace it with the free cast iron griddle that is included. I did not know that the range top had this feature, because in the video the range top shows the griddle resting on top of the middle pan support. In actuality, the griddle was designed to replace the pan support and stand alone. Although you can optionally rest the griddle on the pan support. The middle is the best option for the griddle because it has two burners with the same BTU in the front and rear. The two front triple ring burners on left and right are monsters, they have a very high BTU and can be used for quickly boiling ingredients, as restaurants have the capability of doing. You also have one or two all purpose burners which are like conventional ovens and a few simmer burners for lighter cooking requirements. It is a true chef preferred appliance. It took about a week to arrive, because I ordered on Tuesday and I obtained it on the Monday of the following week, but the shipping company was great, it was a White Glove delivery service that was FREE and very friendly , most dealers will charge you for a high end shipping service that brings the merchandise into any room of your choosing, from what I researched. The White Glove Delivery company called me a day prior to arrange a time to deliver the item in my home. I was glad I did not have to lift the package into my home, because I have a reverse layout, that means my kitchen is actually on the second floor instead of the first, and I have a bad back.

You need to contact the manufacturer , they will usually ship the part free of charge if your purchase was than then a year ago. Although why do you need one, they sell an identical unit that works with liquid propane right on overstock called the HTRT366LP . I needed one and they sent it out free, I contacted them via live chat at 2 am and somebody was around, very good customer service.
