Very pleased overall with this fan. Shipping was prompt & it had easy to follow directions . The appearance is stunning and matches our hardwood floors perfectly. However, at this price, I was surprised that it did not include a downrod for vaulted ceilings. I've purchased much cheaper ones in the past that included 2 downrods; a short and a long. When it arrived, I had to special order the downrod which held me up for another week of having the fan installed. It does run smoothly, quietly and has an extra speed setting that most fans don't.
Loved the quality and appearance of this fan.
Absolutely silent.
Be aware it does not come with a light kit--we purchased one separately from somewhere else and it works perfectly.
I would definitely recommend this fan.
