    • Disappointed

      My husband and I was very disappointed in this procduct. We own two other 'Hunter' fans and although they were a little difficult to install, they are beautiful and well made. However, THIS fan was super heavy and is required to be "oiled" often. A large plastic bottle of lube came with this thing which was unacceptable out of the box because the fan was to be installed over the bed. The installment was challenging what with the extra bracket that we needed to install and the 2 extra long screws that did not come with the rest of the sets. Well to make a long story short. We promptly unintalled this fan because of both our safety concerns. We will not be purchasing another 'Hunter' fan from anyone as we feel the quality of the originals have downgraded.

      • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color is fine.
      • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Good quality.
      • How accurate was the on site description of the product? The description was not accurate as I don't recall any mention of the "oil" that is required for the fan to run properly.
