I bought this because ironing is tough to do unless you have a lot of patience and experience. No more shiny pants from too hot ironing. In fact it's fun to use. Im so happy since I purchased this steam cleaner, it helps me iron the things in half the amount of time,that it used to take. It dewringled all my things that i used to take to dry cleaners stores , which I now do on my own. It pays to buy it its not such a big expense

Great steamer. Don't have to iron anymore and look better. Quick, clean and safer too.

I think it fails to do a fast good job, and the overall size of it is a bit too big and bulky.......

I used it three times and on the third time the on/off switch broke. It popped out and the small parts came apart. It was useless after this. I have never had anything break like this. I hope it was a fluke, but I am not using this brand again. I am shopping for another brand of steamer.

Within the first month of using the product the extender broke. During the 3rd month the water tank melted. I could have just had a defective item but I would not recommend it based on my experience.
