Royal RY7910 Carpet Extractor Steam Shampoo Vacuum

I purchased the Royal after reading all the reviews. Shipping only took three days, which made me very happy. The cleaner is very easy to use, and filling the water and soap dispensers was a snap! I would definately recommend this product to everyone. I haven't used the attachments yet, but so far this is the best purchase I've made online!

I purchased this steam cleaner because we recently got a new puppy and we have some light rugs in the house....I read all the comments and it seemd like it was a good choice...the cleaner not only did a fabulous job on the few "accidents" but also on the dust & dirt that blew in thru the screens (and we don't ever wear outdoor shoes in our house so I was amazed at what came out of the carpeting-this machine REALLY can find anything that's in there!!!) It's great if you need to roll over a spot quickly and it does dry fast, too! I've been telling anyone I know who has a dog (especially a puppy!!) that they should put this on their Xmas list!

I received the cleaner with scratches all over it and no direction on how to put together or how to use. After calling the help phone number on the cleaner and waiting 15 minutes, I received no help and was told they couldn't send me a manual. Finally figured it out myself and found it to be a pretty decent cleaner, but nothing super special.

Okay folks, if I, a 60-something gal, who has never before had to do anything like this, can figure out how to use this shampooer, anyone can do it. Really, it is quite simple. Yes, you need to study the user manual just a bit, but it turns out to be OH SO SIMPLE! I just shampooed the carpets throughout my home and am extremely pleased with the results. Easy to use! Easy to Clean! It is a bit heavy to push back and forth but what good exercise! I would recommend this carpet cleaner to anyone!
