COMPLETE JUNK!! Do NOT waste your money. I do not have this unit, but purchased the Neato XV. I bought one from Sam's Club in February of 2014, used it about 3 times and it won't even power on. It's been on the charger everyday. I called about the warranty, which states it's for one year and they told me I have to purchase a new battery. The Rep stated that if you don't use it twice a week they will die and YOU have to purchase new ones, even while under warranty! Obviously they don't honor their warranty! If you buy this make sure you purchase the warranty. I've seen people all over the web with the same issue!

Love my Roomba!! It even stops when it gets caught in my computer cords. Only negative: it does not like my small shag area rug on my carpet.

I love my vacuum: it cleans the floors more regularly than I would on my own (though it leaves a little dust by the walls, which is easily fixed - though one of their more expensive models has a side brush for this), and its cute (when you bump it from its charger, it waddles back and forth toward it). After it has run, my hardwood floor looks noticeably shiny (not from polishing, just from picking up a half-week of dust and dirt). The vacuum does take some wear and tear after 2 years, and is slowly having more difficulty finding its charger port (solution: run it more often). It got something in one of its wheels and asurion took care of it quickly (they have a fast return). My only real issue with the product is that the battery connection has become loose. If I pick it up and move it for a "house cleaning" of a different room, then it might just run for a minute and then think it needs charge. If it was a battery issue, then a mere **** would fix it. But sitting at the charger for a minute makes it realize it still has a full charge and it starts running again (in "house clean" mode); hence a loose connection. Asurion failed to fix it with the wheel, and I've now been waiting 2 weeks for my second UPS shipping label while playing phone tag with the technician who looked at it last time (I've been accidentally hung up on during a 5 minute hold, without a call back; I've left a message explaining the issue without a call back, etc). Asking me to call back once is fine, but 2 weeks...? It feels like Asurion is stalling until after my 2 year protection plan is expired, or that they have some sort of "1 repair per customer" policy. In summary, I recommend the product but not the protection plan. If you can find a good protection plan elsewhere, then it would go nicely with the aging of the product.

Neon Orange and Black Color design. Quiet during operation no need to increase the volume on the T.V.! Strong suction sucked up some pretzel bits and small feathers I have a bird. Hepa filteration to recycle the air after the dust removal.(Cleaner Air) Bright display for setting the clock and timer. Easy remote control. Surprisingly long battery life cleaning over 2 hours for me! Keep in mind one still needs to vacuum just a whole lot less with this bot on your side! a work of robotic Arte ;-)

Extremely easy to set up & just left it to do its own thing & a really clean floor was the end result. A tad noisy but does what the package says

We have 2 huskies and they shed like crazy. This product is terrific on keeping the fur tumbleweeds from building up on wood floors. Easy to use every day or two! Not so great with chunks of dog biscuits. Don't really know how well it works on carpet. Plan to buy another for my son for Christmas.

I just got this today and I am amazed at the amount of dirt it is picking up! I have a 100 pound labrador whose hair is all over and I canít believe how clean my floors, carpet and rugs look now. The dirt container is so easy to empty and the robot is wonderful because it covers everything, it goes all over and reaches corners with those little brushes. This Iclebo is life changing and I just canít believe it took me so long to decide on getting it! It goes from floor to carpet to shaggy rugs without trouble. It hasn't tangled on anything, it just goes all over.

What more could you want from a pet? the Arte is a very effective hunter of lint, hair, and other small bits of debris. Just last week my little "cleebo" caught an exceptionally large dust bunny!

I'm giving this 5 stars. I have two cats and a dog. I'm 79. I haven't the energy to run the vacuum cleaner daily, even though I've got an excellent Seba. I can't afford to hire a cleaner oftener than once a month. So I thought I'd give the Arte a try, even though I was doubtful. So doubtful that I let it sit for a month in its shipping box before I finally got it out, studied the manual, and gave it a try. I am amazed! At first, I ran it every day, then every other day, now every 2-3 days. At first the dirt container was packed full with all manner of dirt. But now there's very little. This Arte has really cleaned my rug thoroughly, all 5 rooms plus the bathroom (and the carpetted deck when I let it). I feel much more comfortable walking around my apartment. (I now take off my shoes as soon as I bring the dog in from his walk, and walk around in socks or slippers, so as not to track in dirt and leaves from outside.) I would give the Arte 5 stars but for the nuisance of having to clean the brushes every time; they collect lots of tangled dog and cat hair as well as acrylic carpet fluff (the worst!). It takes me a good 10-15 minutes to clean them thoroughly. I'm afraid I'm damaging the brushes and wonder how long before I'll need to replace them. By the way, I wash the dirt container and the filter (but not the brushes) under the kitchen tap, and let it air dry before putting it back in the machine. Anyone know if that's harmful? Oh, another nuisance although unavoidable: picking up all the pet toys and electric cords lying on the carpet, then putting them back afterwards. One final thing: Arte does its work so cheerfully, never complains, doesn't mind being told to go back over an area again, and I am grateful for the Sound noise that tell me what's wrong when the Arte suddenly stops, because it's trapped somewhere and can't get out, or its brushes need cleaning, or whatever.

This Arte really helps to keep the dust and pet hair down to a manageable level in our home. It works well on both carpet and tile and picks up virtually everything. Cons: It does get stuck in several places. Maybe in the future there will be a robot that can remember where it should avoid. The noise level is acceptable; somewhat quieter than our vacuum, but then it runs for a longer time. I was hoping to use it at night while we slept, but it's a little too loud for us. Cleaning: Removing the pet hair is not a fun chore and I find myself avoiding it in pretty much the same way I avoided vacuuming! The difference is that it really only takes about 10 minutes to maintain the iCLEBO Arte after each use and my floors are much much cleaner.

Love this product, easy setup, easy use. Got adopted by a cat a few months ago and knew that my cleaning time would go up. The iClebo Arte got to work immediately bumping away at the (mostly) tile floor. I understood at once why so many reviews use the word "love" as a description... it's a genuinely useful piece of artificial intelligence. The kitty was not happy at first, but after a few hours followed it around was a curious face. Now they're best pals... though I don't see her riding it any time soon. It does navigate randomly (which may take some mental adjustment if you're in the room) but it cleans up very well and parks itself like Meadow Soprano when its done. Cleaning the robo-critter is a cinch. The noise is about a third as loud as a Dustbuster. It got hung up only once this past month on a shower rug that should have been removed before I pressed "Clean." Its knack for navigating over chords and wires is unreal. The robot itself is worth the big bucks: A vanity device that makes your life easier!

I have researched these vacuums since they first came out. Before investing in one I wanted to make sure they weren't a gimmick and were going to perform. Well, I have not been let down! I LOVE, LOVE LOVE my Roomba!!!! we have a fairly large home and it covers the entire bottom floor before going back to it's base for a charge. I am just amazed with the technology and how well it works. My husband was the biggest skeptic ever, and he is sold on it. Totally recommend this product!!!

Product was wonderful for the 1st 3 months. After that it quit working. It is supposed to have a 1 year warranty, but I haven't had much luck with product support. After emailing a couple of times, they finally sent me a replacement part, which didn't make it work. Our emails went on for several months and I finally told them I wanted a working unit or my money back. They will not give me my money back, and if I want a refurbished unit, I have to pay the cost to send the product back. I don't think they would have offered a refurbished unit if I wouldn't have insisted. So hears the bottom line, it worked for 3 months, I purchased a brand new product and I can get a refurbished product if I am willing to pay the shipping cost!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Robot get hung up on wires and other obstacles. It also does not map and cover room very well. Not great at picking up dirt particles. Would recommend this brand. Have another brand for mopping and it is great. Don't waste your money.

I was excited to see this product on sale. I was anxious all day for it to arrive from UPS. I was like a kid on Christmas because I HATE HATE HATE sweeping/mopping my entire first floor. I got the package and thought, the packaging looks rough and cut open. "Oh well," I think. I open the box and start to take things out of the box to find that this is OBVIOUSLY a refurbished product. While I do not have an issue with refurb products, this was NOT advertised as one. In the same purchased, I happily bought a refurb dyson because my old refurb'ed dyson died after 8 years! When a refurbished product is cheaper, why not get one? But this was not cheaper. The sale price has NO value for a refurbished product. I can take my 20% coupon that *** sends to me every other week and buy a brand spanking new product for *** more (I also used a *** off coupon from *** - without the coupon, it is cheaper at ***). Here's another thing, there is hair stuck in the wheels. This product has been used and not cleaned. I do not have faith that it was properly refurbished either. It looks like someone used it, got annoyed with it, and sent it back to overstock. I probably got the person who didn't like how it got stuck on wires returned product. Needless to say, I will be returning this product, taking my *** coupon to *** and getting the brand spanking new product from their store. Thanks.... for nothing.

I vacuum almost every other day now; its fun instead of a chore. This thing is remarkable, no cords, no pushing. If it gets stuck, it calls me. I have to empty it every time, but even that is fascinating, to see how much dirt and dust bunnies are picked up. I used to vacuum once a month at best; now i feel better about myself and my condo. I read or go on the computer while it zips around, have a cup of coffee, and live in a cleaner environment.

I would recommend all people who have never tried irobot before to give i-robot a try. Not necessary this particular series, but just try to have a i-robot to do the regular vacumn for you. It doesn't deep clean your space, but it is good enough for regular maintainance. It saves you time and energy for family time, or sth else. For us, it saves us money too. We used to hire a cleaning company to come in every two weeks to do the vacumn plus others. But now the robot is doing most of the maintainance, i can have them come in once a month instead. That is a $100+ saving a month. Fran

Got adopted by a cat a few months ago and knew that my cleaning time would go up. Saw Jesse Pinkman had a Robot Vacuum Cleaner on Breaking Bad and started doing research on the little gadgets. After a few days I was convinced that the iclebo arte model was worth a go given my situation... I have a house with tile, hardwood and 2 flat rugs. It does navigate randomly (which may take some mental adjustment if you're in the room) but it cleans up very well and parks itself like Meadow Soprano when its done. Cleaning the robo-critter is a cinch. The noise is about a third as loud as a Dustbuster.

The only drawback I have with the machine, is my cat. He follows machine arround and thinks its a toy for him. Other than that, it works as advertised.

I'M A HERO!! I've been married for 25 years and I know, I know that you are not supposed to buy practical gifts for your husband, but last Christmas, I was completely stumped as to what to get him. I read the reviews for these cleaners and they were almost all glowing. I decided to try it and guess what, MY husband LOVES IT!

We loved watching the Roomba map out the house as soon as we charged it up! Had no trouble recognizing stairs and rugs and even dropped the laptop cord it encountered. Roomba has some trouble with truly massive dust bunnies, but if you keep the tray cleaned and keep cords and clothes off the floor, it'll bump around till it gets most all of them. The corners are a bit difficult as well for this rotund dust muncher, but it does as well as I did with a bulky upright. If your previous vacuum had a lot of snouts and attachments for corners and windowsills, then hang on to it, because Roomba can't get to those well. Where it does excel is in keeping the floor dust and dirt free with nothing to do on your part except emptying the tray regularly, and getting underneath furniture and bathroom cabinets, where it's difficult to get a conventional vacuum to fit.
