The air conditioner came in great shape, was easy to install and works great. Definately recommend!

Plugged in and works as advertised. Easy operation and the performance was imiadiatly noticed in the Den (Garage). Would
recomend this product. This unit is designed for window installation, but I installed in the wall. No problem mon.

Apparently the air conditioner was hit really hard on the right side. That part of the air conditioner wasn't flat. Nobody told me the a/c would be in that condition. I hope it won't affect the a/c internally.

MY AC WORKED VERY WELL UPON INSTALLATION BUT FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS I HAVE ONLY BEEN RECEIVING HOT BREEZE WHEN A/C IS TURNED ON. I AM GETTING A REPLACEMENT BUT IS AFRAID THE SAME THING MEY HAPPENED. THE A/C IS REPLACED WAS WORKING FOR APPROXIMATELY 14 YEARS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. THIS ONE ONLY LASTED ONE MONTH. HOPEFULLY THE REPLACEMENT WILL WORK OUT FINE.

I BOUGHT TWO OF THE 10,000 BTU MAYTAG UNITS TO REPLACT TWO ALREADY WORKING UNITS OF ANOTHER BRAND THAT WERE VERY LOUD - THE MAYTAG UNITS WERE EASY TO INSTALL, AND THEY ARE VERY QUIET, THEY COOL OUR TWO LARGE BECROOMS EXCELLENTLY - WE ARE VERY PLEASED - I CAN SLEEP EASILY WHEN THE UNIT IS ON - I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE FROM OVERSTOCK AND ESPECIALLY THE GREAT LOW SHIPPING PRICE
