I just wanted a simple iron, no bells and whistles to complicate things. I needed to be able to press linens to go into my antiques shop. Sadly, this iron will not be the answer to my prayers. It leaks water from the base, the dial for heat settings is difficult to judge and I am disappointed. I cannot highly recommend it .

I like the iron, the only drawback is the setting dial just has dots on it. Most irons have cloth settings like cotton, rayon, etc. This one you have to look in the book to find out what the dots signify.

looks nice, presses nice, good price. The only problem I've had is with the steam. Haven't figured out how to keep it from spitting yet

Very IMPRESSIVE iron, great price, does everything a much higher priced iron does. Lightweight and has great safety features!
