So far the vacuum is performing quite well. I thought it would have carpet adjustment hight settings but it did not. This is a disapointment.

I bought this for my 86 yr.old mother and it is perfect because of it's light weight and ease of use. It is well built , durable and came at a great value.

This vacuum works like a charm. I would hope that it would come with replacement bags, but it did not. Had to locate some and they are quite expensive. Like the printer-ink concept. A bargain on the printer and they get you on the ink

Good basic vacumn for carpet, nice light weight, powerful suction. Downside - no attachments and loud motor. I did not know it was a commercial vacumn but I just needed a upright for carpet in hall and family room and this does the trick (rest of house is hardwood and tile).
