Refurbished- looked like it fell out of a dumpster. Did not work at all. If you want to buy something like this I would reccommend new. Had to be returned- did not ever work for even one second. I also thought it dangerous because it produced heat and all the steam was trapped in the machine- stay away not a good deal!

This is a very durable steamer that is easy and light to use.It will be used often.The only issue if i had to find one is the amout it holds.

I have found that using my new monster baby steamer gets places clean and sanitized, especially kitchen & bathroom faucets. It is very easy to use and I especially like the long cord so you can carry it around easy.
