This product was not impressive. I used it to vacuum my tile floors as well as a few rugs. It did not work for me as it blew the dirt away instead of picking it up.

This was the first time I had bought refurbished, and I actually bought it as a gift to friend for his wedding. I was appalled to find out a small part on the vacuum was actually broken still when my friend opened the vacuum! I felt really bad! However, they contacted Dyson, realizing the value of the vacuum was worth a little effort. Dyson sent them the replacement part and walked through replacing it (it was an easy fix!!) with him, and the vacuum was as good as new, and has been going strong ever since. An unfortunate oversight in this refurb, however Dyson lived up to its brand and made sure the customer was taken care of, and they even did it the fastest way possible! Instead of asking him to send the vacuum in and it get stuck in a queue and then shipped back taking who knows how long, they got the part out to him in two days and walked him through the repair and made sure the vacuum was running well before disconnecting. My friend loves the vacuum, and his new bride loves the co...

Great vacuum. A bit heavy, but once on, it goes and picks up everything! Quick and easy to use. Very powerful and easy to dump the items.

I had a similar-looking fan that I owned for 10 years before it was accidentally damaged. I searched for a replacement that would look nice and stylish and was excited to find this one, though it was three times the price of the one it was replacing - okay so it was 10 years later, but still. The fan is much louder than the one it replaced and actually seems to move less air. I've also had repeated problems with rattling and squeaking sounds coming from the fan, that I've had to fix by tightening or oiling. Now, I turn the fan on, and nothing. It's been 14 months since I purchased this fan and it's completely non-functional. Completely dissatisfied for the price.

What is the best stainless steel gauge to buy for a kitchen sink? There is a very large price range. What makes one sink better than another?

Hello, The guage on a stainless steel sink is more preference than anything else. The thicker sinks tend to resist dents and dings better than the thinner sinks. When buying a sink you would want to know that the thickness of the sink gets greater as the number goes down for instance a 14 gauge steel sink would be thinner than a 12 guage sink. I hope this information was useful
