Houndstooth Polypropylene Area Rug (9'6 x 12'9)

I bought this rug as a practical cover for a bare floor in an very old house (spare room upstairs). I wanted something very durable and tough as well as looking somewhat nice. It is the size I wanted at a better than I hoped for price. The only drawback was the smell. It smelled like oil (polypropylene) but it was a mild smell. The other rug I bought for another room was Hibiscus patterned and it smelled a whole lot worse. That room had to be aired out for a few weeks to get the smell out. There is still some odor there but I will leave the windows open over the summer and that should get out the rest of the smell. Would I do it again? YOU BET! GREAT RUG AT A GREAT PRICE!

The rug is beautiful and looks great on our screened in porch. I was a little concerned that the houndstooth pattern would be overbearing but was pleasantly surprised how it actually pulled the room together. And the price was fantastic! What a great value. Overstock is the only place I have been able to find oversized outdoor rugs for reasonable prices. I would absolutely buy from Overstock again and intend to when a need arises. If you are hesitant about this rug for any reason, go ahead and buy it. You won't be dissapointed.

I needed a large rug so my kids could play on the otherwise cold, hard floor of my basement. Obviously they are going to be rough on it, so I didn't want to spend much. This (with a soft pad underneath) is perfect. Looks nice, seems well made, delivered quickly. Good basement rug.

This rug is the second we've ordered of the same material and pattern. It seems very sturdy and sun-resistant. If they had a round one, we would buy it for under our outdoor conversation set. It is attractive and really dresses up our back patio.

I purchased this rug to cover our outdoor patio area. The rug is huge and a great value for the price. It cleans easily and is soft enough to walk on with bare feet. The design is beautiful and the color is very true to the picture. I will definitely purchase another rug from overstock. The rug was delivered in less than a week and once rolled out, the rug corners flattened easily and did not curl up. Absolutely great!
