This really is a nice weight; much heavier than some I looked at in the high end linen stores. Nice and soft too; will be perfect for the cool evenings in my favorite reading chair! The color I ordered (sage) seems fairly true to the picture, but I tend to think of sage as a much grayer green than this shade is. It's more like a deep celery, but still a very pretty color.

THIS IS A GREAT THICK THROW , AND BEAUTIFUL I MAY ADD. AS WE ARE REDOING OUR DECOR IN OUR HOME AND OUR LIVING ROOM FURNITURE IS A CHOCOLATE BROWN I WAS LOOKING TO KICK IN SOME COLORS WITH SOME THROWS. AND THIS ONE DID JUST THAT!!! ALONG WITH SOME THROW PILLOWS AND OTHER THROW BLANKETS FROM OVERSTOCK. THE LIVING ROOM LOOKS GREAT WITH BASIC BROWN AND ALL THE SUMMER COLORS AS POPS.

I like the texture, weight and color of the fabric. We use it for additional warmth on our bed during our cool Spring Southern California evenings. I'm thinking about purchasing another for my office.

I got this to replace the chenille throw I had because it got ruined. My old one was more for "decoration" because it definitely wasn't very warm. This one is definitely heavier and keeps me warm! Also has much more of a presence on my couch since it doesn't sort of slip down and disappear like my old one. I got the sage green, and it is pretty much a sage green, just a tad darker and has a slight sheen to it.

I bought the throw because I always seem to get cold after 5:00 P.M. while I'm watching T.V. I'm 68 years old and need a little warmth on my legs. I love the throw that I ordered from you. The price was extremely reasonable for the quality. I did recommend it to a friend of mine. She wanted to order one just like it only in the Red, but you seem to be out of that color. Please advise me if you get the Red throw again. I've ordered two other throws in the past for my daughter who lives in Costa Rica and she thinks they are perfect because when it cools down in the evening this is the perfect throw to keep warm on the sofa.
