I Have Bought So Many Nice things From overstock.com in The Past, So I Just Know I'd be Fine getting A Refurb, Sweeper . I Just Got my Windtunnel today And I Was So let Down !! It Looks like It's been put under The Bus . The Wheels Won't Stay on And The It Has Marks All over it like Someone Took A bat To it .. It looks to Be Five Years Old.I Would not tell Anyone to get One Of these Refub, Deals As When you Get Them they Look Like They Should Have Been Put In A Yard Sale.

I bought this vacuum two years ago. It was great for the first year. Eventually the switch started shorting out. When you switch it to carpet cleaning the air doesn't come through the tube to suck and turn the carpet brushes. I can still wiggle the switch to make it work, but it's frustrating. I called the repair hotline and the replacement of the switch assembly costs more than some new vacuums.

I had bought two of these, one as a gift. We both had trouble with the on/off switch. You have to use the plug every time you want to turn on or off.

My power switch also broke in the on position and I have to unplug it to turn it off. Seems to be a common problem.

really liked the product but after 3 months the power switch broke.....luckily it broke in the on position so it still works you just have to unplug to turn off. have been told that it would be cheaper to buy new rather than get it fixed.

excellent product especially for the price....I would strongly recommend almost all Hoover products purchased from Overstock...

Works very well, picks up long dog hair and cat hair from floor and attachments are on board so they are easy to reach to do the furniture.Easy to take apart to clean brush and put back together. Good on edges and cob webs too. Red light dirt detector doesn't work but not really that important to me. Cord is long enough to do whole house without moving plug or running out of cord.

this vacumn is really awsome for the money it is almost selfpropelled and it is easy enough for my wife with RA to use.only 1 issue is it likes to spit the belt off

I use this at least once a week, it does exactly what a good vacuum cleaner should do, high pressure, picks up all the dust and dirt, love it............How can you go wrong with a HOOVER.

This is a great little vac for the price...only problem factory needs to tweek is a problem with the switch assembly. I had an old model that had a bad switch I had it repaired twice. Two friends of mine had the same switch problem within a year. Now my son has one I just gave him 3 months ago and the switch is stuck in the ON position.......too bad because it picks up great!!!!

I purchased the vacumm and it did not work correctly, so I returned it for another that had the same problem. I gave up and kept the vacuum with a broken on/off switch.

I recently bought this vacuum because I was in desperate need of a vacuum that actually worked!! This vacuum is great and gets the job done...I highly recommend this product, it's great!
