We love this vacuum. Its easy to move around, very powerful, and has all the controls in the handle. The height control is very smartly designed and we also love that the handle self-stands, making it easy to store. The only thing we didn't like is that the wheels are not that great so sometimes to you have to drag it a bit, but that's OK as the setup is fairly light. Highly recommended, especially at the refurbished price!

I have had hardwood floors forever, and consequently never considered a serious vacuum before. So while I have few experiences with other vacuums to compare, i think this thing is awesome. While it is pretty heavy and fairly noisy, it is still easy and fun to use. The controls are convenient, the extending wand works great, and the thing really sucks! I like not having a bag. You do have to clean off a filter though. Overall, I'm quite pleased.
