This is a great vacuum. The only thing I wash it has was a bigger area for all the pet hair it picks up. I live in a two bedroom home and have 1 dog and 1 cat. I have to empty the pet hair al least 3 to 4 times each time I vacuum. But on the flip side it does pick up the pet hair my girls leave on the carpet.
