I searched for the best light weight product that would clean the 4800 sq.ft. of hardwood and tile floors that were driving me to distraction. Trying to keep up with the dust was becoming a daily challange but with the Hoover Stick Vac I can vacuum once or twice a week and I have noticed that there is less and less dust collecting even with many house guests and a dog. The Hoover Stick Vac does a great job of cleaning the wood and tile and surprisingly enough it also vacuums the area rugs. I would definitely reccommend this product.

Tremendous suction removes all traces of dust and dirt from both bare floors and carpeting. Vacuum is extremely lightweight and easy to maneuver near baseboards. I plan to purchase attachment kit so I can use the vacuum to clean my uphol;stered furniture and bedding material. The price you charged for considerably below what the local xxxxx store was charging

i love this little but mighty vacume. i keep it upstairs and its so small it slips right into the closet. the thing i love the best is it goes under the beds easily without having to move furniture and it turns with ease.

Love this little vacuum for cleaning my new hardwood and vinyl floors. You can vacuum underneath stairs and furniture and it is very easy to use.

I would recommend this for hard surfaces in particular. It seemed to get clogged fairly easily when vacuuming plush rugs. Only other downside, the cord is way too short.

i would not recommend this unless you have a separate vacuum to clean the filter inside the canister and i have used it over a dozen times and the plastic and hot wire smell is still present.

great little vacuum !!! I normally do not care for the 'little filters' most of these stick vacuums have, that you have to clean off, BUT this one is so great, that I am happy to overlook the "clean off" . . . (actually I use my big vacuum wand and suck the trapped "stuff" off the filter) . . . easy as pie . . . this Hoover Flair works great on all my floors, hard as well as carpet . . . buy it, you won't be sorry . . .

This vacuum has excellent suction for picking up dog and cat fur. Best of all, it's BAGLESS! No more bags! I gave my old vacuum away, since I am very happy with my new vacuum!

I have purchased and returned 3 small vacuums before finding this on overstock. I have a central vac. and wanted something small and easy to use for bathrooms and kitchen quick cleanup. This is good for tight spots, easy to empty and has great suction, my 3 college age kids all want one! Really well done on Hoover's part. My cleaning lady has spread the word on what a great vac this is to other clients!

I've been looking for a light-weight, trouble-free vacuum for quite some time and have tried all different makes. This one does a fairly good job, but I'm not overly impressed. It's better than most I've tried at the same price.

I had been looking all over for a "stick vacuum" so I wouldn't have to lug out the "big" vacuum just to freshen up the wood floorsand tile floors in the kitchen area. It's great w/the swivel head to get behind or around tight spots. It has great suction and is very easy to emply. I've already recommended it to my family and friends.

My Mom had one of these for years! I was very happy to find the current incarnation of this handy stick vacuum and I expect mine will hold up too. It is easy to use & just the ticket for quick clean ups! This, of course, is not made for heavy cleaning, but is great especially on hard floors for catching all the nasty debris. A winner!

Love this super light vacuum! Works great for our small/medium home. Do need to replace it about every 2 years.....but the price is so low that isn't a problem!

The good part--this is light weight and easily stored out of sight. For a little machine, it picks up a lot, but not tiny pieces of dirt and dust on my smooth floors. Those who rated this product as excellent, may not be aware that it doesn't pick up everything. Dirt doesn't show up as much on carpet and hard-wood floors. But everything pops out on dark concrete surfaces. Given its low price tag, I didn't expect the perfect machine and I didn't get it. However, I will continue to use it on area rugs because I like the ease of operating this vacuum. Because of my disabilities, I cannot operate a standard vacuum cleaner, so I am thankful for this product.

This little vacuum suits my needs very well, because most of our floors are hardwood or cork. It's not great on carpeting, but I didn't expect it to be (I have a heavy-duty vacuum for that); it works well on area rugs and stows away easily in our broom closet, so I can pull it out any time to sweep the kitchen, etc.

I bought this vacuum for a small rental apartment and wanted to keep it for myself since it is so nice! It is compact, quiet, and works like it was a larger vacuum. There is no way I could be happier with this purchase. Love the color as well. Feel this purchase was a great value.
