This is a great product. Easy to manage and utilize. Worked very well . Did my entire home with it. Very pleased with outcome.

Arrived very quickly, had a little trouble putting together because the instructions don't match what you actually have to do, but not too bad. The containers are a bit small, need filling and emptying often but that too isn't bad. I wish the brush had a bit more power, although the water did pour out dirty, my high traffic areas still are not clean and a few stains remain but you can't deny the dark water so it's obviously picking up some dirt, I have white carpet so things are more noticable for me. This is perfect for low square footage, stores easily and isn't heavy to use. Beats the heck out of renting a unit every 90-days so I'd reccomend it, maybe wish I'd spent a tad more for the heftier looking Bissel but all in all I'm pleased with this.

I borrowed a friends 2005 machine and loved it so much I brought this one and it really is new and improved. Easy to use, light weight, had a little trouble in the assembly but Husband came to the rescue(I'm mechanically deficient). I really like that the dirty watere holding tank comes off along with the cover over the brushes so there is no crud that builds up because all the parts are washable. I've been able to clean all my area rugs(heavy piled rugs) instead of sending them out to be cleaned which had gotten so expensive. I just put them on the kitchen vinyl floor and let them fully dry before putting them back on the carpet but since the suction is so great when removing the water the rugs are not soaked. I love this machine!!!

i am super happy with this item! the hand attachment is great! you can use it for upholstery or quick cleanup! i love this product and would definitely recommend it!

hard to disassemble & assemble, other than that it is ok

This is the best vacuum I have ever owned. It picks up everything.
