Geat product
I bought the product for my sister who is 69 years old and was complaining about how dirty her carpets had gotten in her home. Her daughter came and used it for her to clean her living room carpet. She used her own carpet cleaning solution for the heavy dirt. The maching was easy to use and the living room carpet came out great. Now she realizes that she can handle this product all by herself to do the rest of her house. The ease of using it is just like using a vacumn cleaner.

Really easy to use and does an excellent job
I have used this machine and am very pleased with it. My carpets look new. I love itIt is very light and not bulky at all. I would recemend it to anyone . This is the second one of this brand I have had. I had the other one for about 15 years. I reason I bought a new one was the old ones's tank lid got broken. I decided it was time for a new one. I am very pleased.

For the price this is a good cleaner...I like the Model with the spin brushes and surge much better and it is only a few dollars more

Not much to talk about....
Wanted a very basic unit that cleaned carpet. The brushes mentioned in write up are stationary and don't do much at all. The suction is barely adequate. Would return if postage was not expensive.

bare bones, no hose or furniature attatchment noth
I should have read all the specs about what came with the cleaner. No hose or cleaning tools. Never saw a shampooer with out them. Was dissappointed, love the hover products but this was really bare bones.
