Unfortunately I had to disassemble the unit to tighten the motor housing seriously loud with the fan banging against the housing. Seems to be working OK now . I still like the look of the unit in comparison to others. Honeywell needs to do some product Q/A.

I purchased a Honeywell and an Amcor air purifier. The Honeywell purifier did not work at all. I am extremely pleased with the Amcor purifier which is sturdier than then the Honeywell. I will buy another Amcor purifier.

This is just what I was looking for and works great! It has a button in which you can select either low, Medium, or high levels. It runs quietly (I keep it on low most of the time) each level is a bit louder-but none too obtrusive. It is small enough to fit on my nightstand, yet large enough to keep my entire room air cleaned of germs and pollen! I have not tried to clean it yet as there has not been a need. But, if the instructions are correct, it sounds as if it will be quite easy to do. I would buy it again and give it as a gift! I wish I had bought another for myself too!
