Yep, in the winter in the desert you need to add some humidy to inside the house for people, pets & furniture. Our heat is fireplace & pellet stove so it really does get dry and was greatly affecting not only my skin but our noses were dry & sore. Because it is in the living room & holds 3 gal. of water I usually only have to fill this one 1X daily since I turn it off at night when I go to bed so that's a plus. It is relatively quiet & is helped by the 3 speed adjustable fan. This is my 1st. time with cool air VS the old hot sputterers and so far I like it much better. May have to get a 2nd. one for the the back part of the house as well.

I have read some of the reviews about it being awkward to fill with water but I don't have any problem with it. The humidifier works great with no muss or fuss. I like it enough to buy one as a gift.

Great product. Quiet and effective. I have never purchased a humidifier before but it seems I have to fill up the tank every day or so. Not sure if that is normal or not. Besides that it is a great product.

It does take some extra balance to fill this, it's worth the effort. For the price it's a great little unit. We have used this about a month and have absolutely no complaints. Works very well.

This humidifier does the job for our bedroom, although it does need to be refilled daily. It is quiet and does the job. It works fine without the extra filters and such that they would like you to buy.

The package was missing the protec filter - the plastic and paperwork were there, but the filter was not. I was a little disappointed by this - I had to get one right away. Other than that, the humidifier is quiet and works well. Pleased with the purchase overall.

Someone told me this item would help cool a room. It doesn't. It does put humidity into your room and functions fine for that. But if you are looking for something to help cool a room, this will not work.

This operates quietly. It must be filled after running 12 hrs. in our climate, which I expected. (Arizona) However, I do not like the fact that the tank doesn't stand by itself in the sink or tub when being filled. it tips due to the shape, and water spills all over unless you steady it.

While the unit runs quietly enough, the humidity sensor is inconsistant. On comparable days it might run all day or it might not run at all until I turn the humidity control higher.

I needed a humidifier for my large size bedroom. This humidifier is the solution. It works great. The price is competitive. The humidifier is small enough that I can place it anywhere in the room. I love it!

This humidifier is amazingly quiet, yet pushes out a lot of moisture. My wife and I purchased it for the baby's room and this keeps the 250 square foot room at a comfortable 50% humidity with no problem. Reservoir is easy to fill and filter is convenient to remove and rinse out.

I can't rate the durbility at this time, I have only used it for two days. It appears to be a quality unit and I like the fact I can adjust the humidity level. From all indications, it is a good investment.

We like the looks of the unit and this is our second Honeywell we prefer the other unit. The reason for this is the new unit needs new water each day, where the other one is larger and will go two days. Other than that this works real well and does the job of keeping moister in the air.

It works great. Not so quiet. It is noisier than hoped for but, I am happy with it. Holds alot of water and you can adjust the settings.
