Delivery was outstanding! - I ordered this on Monday and received it today (Tuesday). - Fan was very easy to set up wiith only 3 screws required for base (included with fan) . Very clear assembly instructions. -- The fan is very quiet, cools a good sized room with no difficulty, and oscillating motion can be stopped if you wish. -- Although all plastic, it seems that unless really abused or knocked over, this should last a while - **VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE THOUGH** Overstock ad says that this has a 5 Year Warranty. - Not accurate! - This Model (DY-012) only has a 1 YEAR WARRANTY. - Model HY-013 with pedestal has the 5 Year Warranty. -- I hope Overstock will take note of this and correct the ad. --- Nevertheless, I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend this item as a good value.

It's nice and quiet and doesn't blow gusts of wind. Althought the highest setting maybe a bit on the low side.

Fan does not work after less than one year of intermittant usage. No maintenance manual available online. Basically a throw away item.

I purchased the fan for my son's bedroom. I like the rotating feature as it keeps the room cool. It looks nice in the corner of his room.

So far, so good. It works well and is relatively quite considering the amount of air it moves. I definitely recommend it.

I was shocked at how quiet this fan is although it pushed a good amount of air. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fan that won't interfere with television and radio noise.

Although, we haven't needed to use the tower fan, it was easy to put together. It appears to be quiet, and looks good for a fan. Price seems fair compared to others we had looked at.

This fan takes up very little space and is very quiet when functioning. It also does a very good job of moving the air around.

This fan works well, it gets the job done. It's base is not real sturdy, . I would not have around small children. Also the screws were missing so we had to find some to get the base attached.

The fan is running well. We have a single thermostat to control the heat in our house. This makes it fine for some people but hot for my son. Using this fan has cooled the room, it is quiet and allow him to sleep better.

I purchased this item for a friend....more of a "gotcha" joke, but I won't go into the details. They love the fan, especially the compact size. I found it affordable for a joke gift - that turned out to be a useful gift!

It seems a bit flimsy but then again it's not going to be man-handled. It looks good, doesn't take up too much space and puts out a lot of air.

I bought this fan to replace a standing one i had. So far, it is great, and cool. The only thing is the height, i have to put it on a stool. But apart from that, for the price, no regrets. I planned on buying another..

What a convenient way to shop and get a quality item for a good price with low shipping and handling cost. I couldn't find a tower fan in any of my area stores but needed one. I found a brand name fan for a good price at overstock and had it delivered right to my door. I will definitely use overstock again and the fan is working great.
