These elegant cellular honeycomb shades from Payless Decor combine fashion and function. These cordless shades include a blackout backing to ensure that light does not come through. Honeycomb cells trap air and are excellent insulators to keep your home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. These shades can be mounted on the inside or the outside of your window.

Darkening and insulating
We needed to cover 6 windows on three sides of a bedroom that gets lots of sun. These shades operate much better than roller shades we used on a couple of other windows. The material does not seem very strong, but they work great. The installation was quick too. They also provide a good amount of insulation which is helpful since our windows are single-paned.

I Can't Say Enough Good Things!
We really wanted to get cellular shades for our home but thought they'd be too expensive and too difficult to install. Wrong! These shades are top qulaity at a very reasonable price. They look great and the blackout feature has been a blessing on bright sunny mornings. (The shades are white on room side and window side--the black part is hidden in the middle of the cells.) My husband said they were actually easier to install than standard mini-blinds. I have recommended these shades to all of my friends and recommend them to you too.

great sun block and insulation
These were a perfect fit for our windows. They block the hot bright sun in sunny Florida. The handles were a little difficult to snap on (there were no instructions and I was afraid of breaking them since it was a firm attachment). My only somewhat negative is that I don't consider these "honeycomb" since they are single cells vertically. They work though! I am pleased with the purchase.

Great Buy
