  • I need to confirm the dimensions since it doesn't seem to add up. Is it really only 23.29 inches tall (which includes the top of the handles). Also, the depth -- how can it be 31.3" deep overall and yet the inside basket area is only 21 inches. That is a 10" difference. Please advise.
