    Although the king headboard itself was bowed when it arrived, we were able to connect it to the posts. It took 2 of us to put it together & took several hours. The final look is just what I wanted, dark cherry color & a traditional design. Good product for the price.

    Not the highest quality but it looks just like the picture and we are very pleased with the purchase because the price was reasonable. Can't give it a 5 because the finish has a few polyurethane runs on the front panel. Again, perfectly fine for the price. I'll take a few drips and save the money.

  • I bought the King/Cal King Headboard only. I have a California King Mattress and metal bedframe. The metal bedframe doesn't fit in the headboard because the headboard is too wide. On 10/5/15 (see below) someone asked this question and the answer was "the Aspen Rustic Cherry Collection King/California King Headboard can be attached to a king or cal-king metal bed frame. The post will show on both sides if you have a cal-king frame." Please tell me how one can attach the metal Ca King bedframe if the posts of the headboard are on the sides?

Since it 2 separate frames, we would need to attach each frame in 2 different places, for a total of 4 attachments to the headboard. Would this frame work?
