It appears to be a well made grinder that also works well. It definitely has an unpleasant odor...sort of like petroleum or something. I soaked it a while in baking soda water and it seemed to get better, but smelled again when I got it out of its original box. Maybe I need to store it in something else. It is easy to put together and if you get it clamped tightly to the table, it stays firm. It grounds the wheat, but it does not make the grains small enough to use as flour. It crushes them and they can be added to a recipe that already has flour in it. It is a simple machine that works...but may not give you precisely the product you desire. Perhaps someone stronger than I could get the mechanism tighter to grind a smaller sized product.

Is good item and so easy use. I recommend this. Is wonderful I have one in my kitchen.

I bought the grinder to turn whole wheat into wheat flour but it couldn't grind it fine enough. It was a lot of work hand grinding just a handfull of wheat. It might be useful if you want cracked wheat. We ended up just giving the grounds to the chickens.

I bought this grinder to grind corn and wheat and rice to make ceral and it works great. It was easy to put together. The only thing neg I can say about this grinder is that it had an odor right out of the box (smelled like oil). So I soaked it in baking soda water and then washed it with hot water and soap and it smelled fine. Thank you for such a great product at a good price.
