I ordered one LIKE this one - a different brand name, can't remember what it was - for about the same price a few years ago (for a different house). It wasn't a "big-name" faucet, but it was certainly of heavier-duty quality than this Moen. I expected a bit more from Moen, but in spite of seeming a little "light-weight", it works well and I'm happy enough with it. It looks very nice too.

I have used this shower head for over 30 years. I have had several as I put one in where ever I live. They last for many years and the handle on the side can slow or turn off the water while I shampoo or shave without having to turn the water off at the spigot.The water pressure is great (we actually take out the water-saver thing) It doesn't look fancy but works far better than those rain shower heads.
I like the design, but quality is questionable. Plastic is very thin and I imagine it will crack soon. Had problems with the bolts not holding on, but Overstock replaced them promptly.
Love this shoe for the garden.Easy to slip on and very cute.

Hi, I was wondering if and when any of the Mission Oak bedroom furniture would return? There were several item numbers 11241854, 10873962, 10814313 and 10872117. It looks like the height of the faucet is factor but what else? Is it the visual things like finish or or is there some sort of internal quality to the faucets that creates the price difference?
the quality of the material, craftmanship and the quality of the internal parts for an example brass parts cost more but will last much longer then plastic parts.
also, a single handle faucet is usually more expensive than one with a hot and cold, due to the mixing valve on the inside. i personally prefer the single faucet in the kitchen, but double in the bath.
It also has to do with the designer. Just like buying high end clothes etc.
