I needed to replace a bathroom faucet, this one is modern and clean looking. I really like the handles that allow for easy on and off. It's a great faucet, I had one that was a mix of brass and chrome and this replaced it beautifully.
I always read reviews and when I bought the closet system I didnt realize you need 2 ft of closet depth. My closet pole needs to be at 91/2. This system only allows the rod at 12" for the hanger, so you need more space for it to come out. Looks like a great system just make sure you have the space. Overstock is first rate with returns and customer service.
This tile is really beautiful. However, be sure that you want a matte finish, because this is really dull. It is pretty, but you just can't get that sparkly clean effect, especially since the "white" portion is really a very dark "biscuit" color. Also, use a little darker grout so it stays clean. I did not install the tile myself, but my contractor said it was kind of hard to work with because of all the cuts. Order a little extra to make up for the mistakes. Looks perfect in a rehab bathroom in an older house with off white fixtures.
I buy these alot for clients. I put them in their granite counters. I feel it is a very fair priced item
I wanted a pull-out sprayer but was unimpressed with the tall, curved ones that seem to be so popular now. Then I found this Kohler on Overstock and decided to give it a try. The faucet is well made, big and substantial. My buddy came over and installed it for me and said it was a breeze to put in. The sprayer has a weight that pulls it back into place and it fits nicely into the bracket. I had considered a touch-on faucet, but the handle on this one allows me to turn it on and off with my arm easily and swivel it out of the way if I need to. It goes perfectly with my black appliances. We mounted this in a black granite composite sink and it looks awesome! Another great buy from Overstock.

It looks like the height of the faucet is factor but what else? Is it the visual things like finish or or is there some sort of internal quality to the faucets that creates the price difference?
the quality of the material, craftmanship and the quality of the internal parts for an example brass parts cost more but will last much longer then plastic parts.
also, a single handle faucet is usually more expensive than one with a hot and cold, due to the mixing valve on the inside. i personally prefer the single faucet in the kitchen, but double in the bath.
It also has to do with the designer. Just like buying high end clothes etc.
